Claim Process Simplified

Simple steps to help you file a claim under your insurance policy.

1 Medical Emergency/Hospitalization
2 Approch the medical service provider abroad and show GCI Travel Insurance Policy to avail the cashless treatment
3 Inform "Europ Assistance" to intimate the claim
4 Europ Assistance places the guarantee letter with provider (As per policy coverage)
5 Europ Assistance settles bills directly with provider

Delay of Checked in Baggage

Compassionate Visit

Certificate from treating doctor stating the reason for such assistance.
Copy of Air Tickets
Original Bills / Invoices towards expenses incurred.

1 Other claim Baggage Delay Baggage Lost, Trip cancellation etc.
2 Inform "Europ Assistance" to intimate the claim
3 Submit the required documents to Europ Assistnace on your arrival to India
4 Europ Assistance validate the claim as per the policy coverage
5 Europ Assistnace makes the payment to insured
